Client Policies

---

• Payment Policies:
• All payments for the week must be submitted by the Sunday prior to your booking week by 8pm.
• If you book in the middle of the week, you must pay the day before your session by 8pm.
• Failure to pay before the deadline will result in next day session cancellation.
• Payment methods can be found under the "Pay Now" tab.
• Cash will NOT be accepted
• Contact me if you need an alternate way to pay (Zelle, Apple pay, etc.)
• You will NOT be reminded to pay.

Booking Policies:

• If you are new, click "Book a Free Evaluation" and fill out the request form. If you fail to complete this step, you will pay $10 for your evaluation. This ensures I can properly plan beforehand.
• Evaluations MUST be booked before any service if you are new. If you cannot book an evaluation and fill out the evaluation form before the time you need my services, your service will be counted as a rush/last minute booking. A $10 fee will apply.
• When you book, make sure you book each day individually. The days that you do not book, I cannot provide my service. A reminder about this action will not be provided.
• Please book at least 2 hours before the time you would like.
• Best results when you book training for 6 days a week. I recommend no less than 3 days a week. Under 6 days a week, owner consistency in training is needed between sessions.
• You will NOT be reminded to book the sessions you want. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule/cancel, please do so 2 hours before your original appointment date. If this action fails to be completed, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10. 

Late Arrival Policy:

• No late fees apply, BUT your time will not be given back unless told otherwise.

Client Responsibilities:

• Dogs must arrive on leash unless instructed otherwise.
• Owners must follow training instruction between sessions.
• If an appointment is booked to where going in your place of residence is necessary, please provide a way to get in before/after booking (code, garage opener, contact owner, etc.) You can contact me directly for this process.
• Success depends on owner's consistency in practicing training techniques between sessions.
• You have the option to stay for training sessions when starting out, or to leave your dog in my care. 3 weeks of owner presence is required towards the end of training course.

Safety Policy

• Aggressive behavior must be disclosed before booking.
• Services may be refused if the dog poses a safety risk without warning from the owner.

Refund Policy

• No refunds after completed sessions.
• Partial refund on unused package sessions (50% back).
• Deposits are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled during severe weather
• If there is a light rain, you have the right to reschedule/cancel without a fee. However, you may also grant permission to allow me to work in home.

Agreement:

By booking a service, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to our booking policies and service terms.

Event Handling Policy

I will:

• Supervise the dog during the scheduled service period.
• Ensure the dog remains safe and controlled during the event.
• Assist with positioning or managing the dog for photos, ceremonies, or designated moments when requested.
• Provide basic handling such as leash management, breaks, water, and comfort.

Client remains responsible for their dog's behavior and any damages caused by the dog during the event.

Training Policy

Training results cannot be guaranteed, as each dog learns at a different pace and progress depends on consistency and follow-through by the owner.

I will:

• Provide treats, toys, water, and other equipment necessary unless specially requested by the owner not to. 
• Ensure dogs with behavioral issues that cause biting stays contained between me and the dog, and not other outside environmental factors. 

I am not responsible for a dog outside of my care. If someone else's dog/stray dog causes harm to a dog in my possession,the owner will be notified and I will NOT be responsible for injuries. 

Walking/Sitting Policy:

• If you are not within a 5 mile radius, I cannot service you at your home.
• If you book the 'Adventure Walk' while you are paying and booking for training services, I can provide the training within the walk if wanted. (1 hour training, 1 hour walking.)
